Potato Croquettes | Crispy Golden Stuffed Potato Croquettes
Potato Croquettes are crispy, golden appetizers made with creamy mashed potatoes, cheese, herbs, and savory seasonings wrapped in a crunchy breadcrumb coating. Each croquette has a beautifully crisp exterior and a soft, creamy center, making them perfect for snacks, parties, appetizers, or side dishes.
These versatile potato bites can be filled with mozzarella, cheddar, ham, chicken, or vegetables. After shaping, the croquettes are coated in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs before being fried until perfectly golden. They can also be baked or air-fried for a lighter preparation.
Serve Potato Croquettes hot with tomato ketchup, garlic aioli, ranch dressing, marinara sauce, or spicy mayonnaise.
