Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Add yogurt, oil and warm water to make a soft dough.
Knead until smooth and elastic, then cover and let it rise for 1–2 hours.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into an oval shape.
Heat a tawa or skillet over high heat.
Place the naan on the hot surface and cook until bubbles appear.
Flip and cook until lightly charred and golden.
Brush with butter or ghee and garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
