Cut paneer into medium-sized cubes.
Blend coriander, mint, green chili, ginger and lemon juice into a smooth green paste.
Mix the paste with yogurt, spices and salt.
Add paneer cubes and coat them well with the marinade.
Marinate for 30–60 minutes.
Thread paneer onto skewers and grill, bake or pan-fry until lightly charred.
Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
