Potato Cutlets | Crispy Golden Potato Patties Recipe
Potato Cutlets are crispy, golden, and flavorful potato patties made with mashed potatoes, aromatic herbs, vegetables, and simple spices. These delicious savory snacks have a crunchy breadcrumb coating and a soft, flavorful center, making them perfect for breakfast, tea time, lunchboxes, appetizers, or evening snacks.
The potato mixture is seasoned with onion, green chili, coriander, cumin, and black pepper before being shaped into flat patties. Each cutlet is coated with breadcrumbs and pan-fried until crisp and golden. They can also be baked or air-fried for a lighter option.
Serve Potato Cutlets hot with tomato ketchup, mint chutney, chili sauce, or creamy garlic dip for a satisfying homemade snack.
