Beef & Broccoli Chow Mein | Savory Chinese-Style Beef Noodle Stir-Fry
Beef & Broccoli Chow Mein is a delicious and satisfying Chinese-style noodle dish featuring tender strips of beef, crisp broccoli, chewy chow mein noodles, and a rich savory stir-fry sauce. It combines the classic flavors of beef and broccoli with hearty noodles to create a complete meal that's perfect for lunch or dinner.
The beef is quickly seared over high heat to keep it tender and flavorful, while the broccoli is stir-fried until bright green and slightly crisp. Garlic and fresh ginger add aromatic depth, while soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and a touch of sugar create a balanced sauce that coats every noodle and ingredient beautifully.
