Garlic Herb Pull-Apart Bread is a soft, fluffy, and wonderfully aromatic homemade bread made with tender dough, creamy garlic butter, and fresh herbs. Each piece is coated with flavorful butter and baked closely together, creating an irresistible tear-and-share loaf that is golden on top and soft inside.
The combination of fresh garlic, parsley, oregano, and melted butter gives every bite a rich savory flavor. As the bread bakes, the herb-infused butter melts between the layers, making the loaf fragrant and delicious from the first piece to the last. A sprinkle of Parmesan adds an optional cheesy finish.
This pull-apart bread is perfect for serving alongside pasta, soups, pizza, roasted meats, or salads. It also makes a fantastic appetizer for parties and family gatherings because everyone can simply pull off a warm, buttery piece.
