Turkish Kebab | Traditional Juicy & Flavorful Turkish Kebab
Turkish Kebab is a flavorful and satisfying grilled meat dish made with seasoned ground meat, aromatic herbs, garlic, onion, and traditional spices. Known for its smoky aroma and juicy texture, Turkish kebab is a popular staple of Turkish cuisine and can be enjoyed as a main course, street-food-style meal, or family barbecue favorite.
The meat mixture is carefully seasoned and shaped around skewers before being grilled over high heat. The intense heat creates a beautifully browned and slightly charred exterior while keeping the center tender and juicy. For authentic flavor, the kebab can be made with lamb, beef, or a combination of both.
Serve Turkish Kebab with warm flatbread, grilled vegetables, fresh salad, sliced onions, yogurt sauce, or a spicy pepper dip. It is an excellent choice for weekend gatherings, outdoor grilling, and hearty dinners.
