Raspberry Danish is a beautiful bakery-style pastry made with flaky, buttery pastry and a bright, sweet-tart raspberry filling. The pastry bakes into delicate golden layers while the raspberry filling becomes rich and jammy, creating a delicious contrast between crisp pastry and juicy fruit. A light vanilla glaze adds gentle sweetness and gives the Danish an elegant finishing touch.
These homemade Raspberry Danishes are perfect for breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea, dessert, or special gatherings. They are simple to prepare with ready-made puff pastry, making them a convenient choice when you want a fresh pastry without making laminated dough from scratch. Serve them warm or at room temperature with coffee, tea, or fresh fruit for a delicious bakery-inspired treat.
