Classic Cinnamon Rolls are soft, fluffy, and warmly spiced sweet rolls filled with buttery cinnamon sugar and finished with a smooth creamy glaze. Each roll is tender and pillowy inside, with a fragrant cinnamon filling that caramelizes beautifully as it bakes.
The dough is made with simple ingredients including flour, yeast, milk, butter, eggs, and sugar. After rising, it is rolled out and spread with softened butter before being generously covered with cinnamon and brown sugar. The dough is rolled tightly, sliced into individual rolls, and baked until golden and fragrant.
A simple cream cheese glaze adds a rich, tangy sweetness that melts over the warm rolls. These homemade cinnamon rolls are perfect for breakfast, brunch, holidays, weekend baking, or a comforting afternoon treat.
