Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls are soft, fluffy homemade sweet rolls made with pumpkin puree, warm cinnamon, and a buttery brown sugar filling. The pumpkin adds a tender texture and subtle natural sweetness to the dough, while cinnamon and pumpkin spice create a wonderfully warm and aromatic flavor. Each roll is baked until golden and soft, with a rich cinnamon filling melting between the delicate layers.

These cozy Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls are perfect for autumn breakfasts, weekend brunches, holiday gatherings, afternoon snacks, or comforting homemade desserts. They are especially delicious served warm with cream cheese frosting or a simple vanilla glaze. Enjoy them with coffee, tea, or warm milk for a bakery-style treat filled with the comforting flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, butter, and brown sugar.

Cooking Method

  1. Combine warm milk, yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let stand for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, egg, melted butter, remaining sugar, and salt.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll the dough into a large rectangle.
  7. Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
  8. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal rolls.
  9. Arrange in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 20–30 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  11. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until lightly golden and cooked through.
  12. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  13. Spread the frosting over the warm rolls.
  14. Serve warm with coffee, tea, or milk.
