Cream Horns are elegant pastries made with crisp, golden layers of buttery puff pastry wrapped around cone-shaped molds and filled with a smooth, sweet cream. Each pastry has a wonderfully flaky exterior and a light, creamy center, making it a beautiful and delicious treat for dessert tables and afternoon tea.
The puff pastry is cut into strips and wrapped around cream horn molds before being baked until golden and crisp. Once cooled, the pastry shells are filled with vanilla whipped cream or pastry cream and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.
These classic pastries are perfect for celebrations, holidays, afternoon tea, bake sales, or whenever you want an impressive bakery-style dessert made at home.
