Classic Chocolate Ice Cream is a rich, smooth, and irresistibly creamy frozen dessert made with cocoa powder, chocolate, milk, and heavy cream. It has a deep chocolate flavor and velvety texture that makes every spoonful wonderfully indulgent.
This homemade chocolate ice cream starts with a creamy chocolate custard made from milk, egg yolks, sugar, cocoa, and melted chocolate. Heavy cream adds richness, while vanilla enhances the chocolate flavor. After chilling, the mixture is churned until smooth and frozen until perfectly scoopable.
Serve it in cones, bowls, or alongside brownies, cookies, waffles, or fresh berries for an easy and delicious dessert.
