Caramel Pecan Rolls are soft, fluffy sweet rolls filled with buttery cinnamon sugar and topped with a rich, gooey caramel pecan topping. Each roll combines tender homemade dough with crunchy toasted pecans and a delicious layer of buttery caramel that melts into the bread as it bakes.
The dough is rolled out and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon before being tightly rolled and sliced. A simple caramel mixture made with butter and brown sugar is spread across the baking dish and topped with chopped pecans. As the rolls bake, the caramel becomes golden and sticky while the pecans toast to perfection.
These indulgent rolls are perfect for breakfast, brunch, holidays, weekend baking, or a special dessert. Serve them warm so the caramel remains soft and gooey.
