Almond Butter Cookies are delicate, buttery treats with a rich nutty flavor and a lightly crisp texture. Made with butter, flour, sugar, and almond extract, these homemade cookies have a tender center and a golden finish. Sliced almonds add a pleasant crunch, while the subtle sweetness makes each bite delicious without being overly rich.
Perfect for afternoon tea, coffee breaks, holiday cookie boxes, or everyday snacking, these easy cookies are simple to prepare and wonderfully versatile. Serve them plain, sprinkle with powdered sugar, or add extra sliced almonds before baking for an attractive finish.
Cooking Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

- Bake for 10–14 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve or store in an airtight container.
