Japanese Ramen is a comforting noodle soup featuring springy noodles served in a flavorful broth with tender meat, fresh vegetables, and classic Japanese toppings. Loved throughout Japan, ramen comes in many regional styles, from soy-based shoyu to miso and creamy tonkotsu. This easy homemade version uses chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to create a savory soup packed with comforting flavor.
The bowl is finished with ramen noodles, sliced chicken, a soft-boiled egg, spring onions, and nori for a satisfying combination of textures and tastes.
