Boondi Raita is a popular Indian side dish made with creamy yogurt, crispy gram flour boondi, and aromatic spices. It is refreshing, easy to prepare, and pairs perfectly with biryani, pulao, paratha, and other Indian meals.
Whisk the yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
Add a little water if needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
Add the boondi and mix gently.
Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt.
Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes so the boondi softens slightly.
Garnish with fresh coriander if desired and serve chilled.
