Cheeseburger Soup is a rich, creamy, and comforting soup that combines seasoned ground beef, tender potatoes, cheddar cheese, and savory vegetables in a flavorful broth. It delivers all the delicious flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a warm, hearty bowl that's perfect for lunch or dinner.

Cooking Method

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  2.  Add chopped onion and carrots, cooking until softened.
  3.  Stir in diced potatoes and pour in the chicken or beef broth.
  4.  Simmer for 15–20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  5.  Reduce the heat and stir in milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  6.  Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  7.  Serve hot, garnished with extra cheddar cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
