Yogurt Chicken is a flavorful and tender chicken dish made with a creamy yogurt-based marinade and aromatic spices. The yogurt helps to keep the chicken juicy while adding a rich, tangy flavor. This easy recipe can be grilled, baked, or cooked on a stovetop and pairs perfectly with rice, naan, roti, or salad.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add chicken pieces and coat them well with the yogurt marinade.
Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour for better flavor.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken over medium heat.
Stir occasionally and cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens.
Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice, naan, or roti.
