Mayo Parmesan Chicken (also called Mayo Parm Chicken or Parmesan Crusted Chicken) is a super easy, juicy baked chicken dish. The mayo keeps the chicken incredibly tender and moist while creating a flavorful, golden cheesy crust with Parmesan.
Preheat oven to 375–425°F (190–220°C).
Mix mayonnaise, about ½–¾ cup Parmesan, garlic powder, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan (and breadcrumbs if using).
Bake for 20–45 minutes (depending on thickness) until chicken reaches 165°F internally and the topping is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with rice, veggies, salad, or pasta.
