0 likes 0 reviews 44 views

Peanut Butter Sheet Cake is a rich and moist American-style dessert featuring a soft peanut butter-flavored cake topped with a smooth peanut butter frosting. Known for its nutty taste and tender texture, this sheet cake is baked in a large pan and finished with a creamy topping. It is perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, potlucks, or a delicious homemade bakery treat.

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a sheet cake pan.
  2.  Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3.  Heat butter, peanut butter, and milk together until smooth and combined.
  4.  Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract, then add the peanut butter mixture.
  5.  Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
  6.  Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–35 minutes until fully cooked.
  7.  Cool slightly, spread with peanut butter frosting, and garnish with chopped peanuts before serving.
