 Pistachio Ice Cream is a smooth and creamy frozen dessert with a delicate nutty flavor and beautiful pistachio aroma. Made with pistachios, cream, milk, and sugar, this luxurious ice cream has a rich texture and satisfying crunch from finely chopped nuts. 

Perfect for summer days, dinner parties, celebrations, or an elegant homemade dessert, Pistachio Ice Cream can be served in cones or bowls and topped with extra chopped pistachios. 

Cooking Method


  1.  Finely grind half of the pistachios and roughly chop the remaining half. 
  2.  Warm the milk, sugar, ground pistachios, and salt in a saucepan over low heat. 
  3.  Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes fragrant. 
  4.  Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly. 
  5.  Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla. 
  6.  Chill the mixture for 2–4 hours. 
  7.  Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. 
  8.  Fold in the chopped pistachios. 
  9.  Transfer to a freezer-safe container. 
  10.  Freeze for 4–6 hours until firm. 
  11.  Let soften slightly before scooping. 
  12.  Garnish with extra pistachios and serv
